Develop advanced knowledge and skills across psychological research, leadership, consumer behaviour, economics and digital marketing.
This Master’s course emphasises critical analysis, practical application and independent research through major projects.
You’ll explore theories of leadership and change management, investigate consumer psychology from social and cognitive perspectives, and learn economic principles impacting business decisions. Digital marketing techniques and data-driven strategies are also covered.
With a strong focus on research methods and real-world application, the course prepares you for effective decision-making and leadership in varied professional settings.

It's possible to study this course part-time. You'll take the same modules as MSc/MA students, but sometimes in a different order or in different years.
As a part-time student you'll typically study for twice as long as full-time students. For example if the MSc/MA course takes one year, you can expect to study over two years, though for some courses this may vary.
We'll assess your progress in a number of ways, with a strong focus on application to real-life scenarios. Methods include case studies, critical evaluation, presentations, a reflective learning portfolio, reports (both quantitative and qualitative), and your dissertation.
