You’ll explore how legal principles interact with business strategy and global market dynamics, critically analysing the structures that govern international commercial relationships, cross-border transactions, and corporate decision-making.
You’ll examine the regulatory, ethical, and managerial challenges that arise in an increasingly interconnected and competitive global economy, encouraging you to evaluate how law contributes to responsible business conduct, risk management, and sustainable growth.
You’ll complete your Master’s with a Postgraduate Major Project – a substantial research project focussed on a relevant topic that interests you.
