YMCA
YMCA is five minutes from campus and has its own gym, 24-hour staffing and views across Fenners cricket ground. It’s also at the end of Mill Road, with its independent shops, pubs and restaurants.
There are five en suite rooms and 28 non-en suite rooms. The accommodation is owned and managed by the YMCA Trinity Group.

Before you move in
You'll be asked to pay a £300 advanced rent payment to secure your room. You'll also be asked to pay between one and three months' rent before you move in, depending on your contract start date.

In addition to the rent you pay before you move in, there’ll be two further instalments due in December and March.
