Swinhoe is a small hall with just 126 rooms, which are mostly non en-suite. You’ll have access to a launderette, a small garden and bicycle storage. Swinhoe is managed by ARU, and our Housing Management team will be on hand to help you with any queries once you move in.

Before you move in

We'll ask you to pay £400 advanced rent to book your room. This will be deducted from your first rent payment once you've moved in, and is not a refundable deposit.

When you book your accommodation, you'll have the option to purchase a £25 a week meal plan. This is selected by default, with the choice to opt out at the time of booking, or cancel within 14 days of purchase only.
