If you're having difficulties with access to the ePAD and none of the resources below have helped you resolve the issue, you can create a support ticket.
Click on the 'New support ticket' link and fill in the form that appears, including as much detail as you can. Make sure you enter your email address correctly, so you can track your ticket and receive our responses.
Once you submit a ticket, you'll receive an email confirming that the ticket has been received, and a link with a reference number so you can track your ticket's progress.
We've developed an on-demand course for Practice Assessors/Supervisors on LearnWorlds. This will help you use ePAD to document learners' achievement and progression, as well as answer some frequently asked questions.
If you're having trouble accessing your PS/PA account, verifying your account, or seeing the student account on your ePAD, you can access support from our ePAD IT colleagues at the following times.
