ePad

At Anglia Ruskin University, we've successfully implemented MyProgress for electronic practice assessment document (ePAD) since 2015.

Starting with our nursing courses, we’ve now added ePAD, or eMORA, provision across all of our healthcare courses.

The ePAD, or eMORA for student midwives, provides a comprehensive record of professional development and performance in practice. It’s accessed via a digital platform, known as MyProgress, and is used primarily by nursing and healthcare students to log, track, and get assessed on their practical training (placements), allowing students, supervisors, and academics to manage performance, feedback, and sign-off digitally via web or mobile app.

Features

  • Centralised Record – stores all placement documentation, reflections, and evidence of learning in one secure place.
  • Collaborative assessment – allows students, practice supervisors, and academic assessors to securely view, comment, and sign off on assessments.
  • Evidence collection – students can upload evidence (eg forms, certificates, reflections).
  • Real-time tracking – provides dashboards showing total practice hours and upcoming assessment reminders.
  • Timesheet verification – students submit their daily hours directly into the ePAD and authorised verifiers confirm to ensure accuracy and prevent fraud
