Teaching and modules

Develop the knowledge you already have, and gain a broad understanding of the key concepts of business and organisational management.

From Year 2, you’ll turn your attention to the knowledge, skills and behaviours required of human resources professionals, and the importance of HR to business success. You’ll also continue to build your wider understanding of business.

You’ll complete your degree with a major project, where you’ll work as part of an interdisciplinary team to address a current, complex business issue.
