Our individual teams include Assessment, Examination & Academic Appeals, Quality Assurance, Curriculum Records and Student Records.

Together, we support a range of academic activities primarily in support of ARU's academic governance. These include:

  • Modular Review Panels (MRPs) 
  • Awards Board & Post Awards Board (PAB) Panels 
  • Examinations, Certificates and Transcripts, Graduation 
  • Academic appeals & Academic misconduct 
  • Curriculum records (ASTRA and eVision) 
  • Quality assurance including annual review, course (re)approval and curriculum revisions 
  • Student records maintenance, (Re)registration and Student Finance 
  • Secretariat function to the Senate and its standing and subcommittees 
  • Academic Calendar & Academic Regulations 
  • Research Degrees Regulations 
  • Senate Codes of Practice 
  • Oversight of collaborative arrangements with ARU's UK and international Academic Partners
