Sarah: working for systemic change

Sarah is studying MSc Sustainability at ARU, and wants to use her postgraduate degree to protect the planet.

Postgraduate student Sarah

I want to wake people up to the scale of the climate emergency, so I've co-founded a social enterprise called Climate 2025. It supports emerging movements working for systemic change and partners with change-makers around the world.

At ARU, I got to dive deeper into the issues that resonated with me. I studied at the Eden Project, the world's largest indoor rainforest. I don't know any other university that's created a programme like this.

ARU taught me to build my career around my passions and personality. I've grown intellectually and as a human being.

Collectively, we can rewrite the future. This is the challenge that drives me.
