Accelerate your opportunities in the field of data science. With four core modules covering global operations, business strategy, big data analysis and modelling, and statistical and programming techniques – and a final independent research-based consultancy project – you'll be fully equipped for a career in data analytics or consulting. This is an ideal postgraduate degree if you’ve already studied business or computer science.

With a strong focus on entrepreneurship, ethics and sustainability, you'll learn how to adapt your business to suit new opportunities or combat challenges without having a detrimental impact on society or the planet. You’ll also be supported to develop your own management style and reflect on your personal effectiveness.

Careers

Teaching and modules

You’ll study how global companies negotiate key strategic issues in uncertain, complex contexts so you’re ready to comprehend and respond to global challenges; and learn how to manage complex operations across national borders.

Get comfortable with advanced statistical and programming techniques for data analytics, and big data analysis and modelling.

You'll complete a research-based consultancy project: this gives you the opportunity to review a significant real-life issue for a client organisation, and develop meaningful recommendations.
