Students on any program based in the U.S, any unit of a program based in the US, on study leave based in the US, are not eligible for Direct Loans. This is non-negotiable and is a regulation set by the US Department of Education.
Not all Anglia Ruskin University programs are eligible for Direct Loans; this includes non-degree courses (eg diploma courses), distance learning (e-courses), courses offered at overseas or unapproved sites.
Any conviction for any offence, during a period of enrolment for which the student is receiving Title IV, HEA Program Funds, under any federal or state law involving the possession or sale of illegal drugs will result in the loss of eligibility for any Title IV, HEA Grant, Loan or Work-Study Assistance. This information will be provided to you upon enrolment in a separate notice.
