Attend our sessions early to understand how to manage any negative thoughts or feelings. Our workshops will help give you the confidence and skills to succeed in your studies.

Please note that all our workshops are available online to core students, no matter which campus you study on.

CARE Cafés

Community and Relaxed Environment Café
ARU's weekly CARE Cafés are an opportunity to meet other students, share interests, skills and wellbeing tips in an informal space to help boost your mood.

Hosted by your Peer Wellbeing Mentors on our Cambridge, Chelmsford and Peterborough campuses. Snacks and drinks will also be available.
