All policies are formally owned and are regularly reviewed and approved through the University’s governance arrangements.
For policy, procedure and guidance owned by the Secretary & Clerk's Office: these are reviewed annually as part of the University's routine GDPR risk reviews with full formal governance review process taking place every 2 years.
