Explore the continuously changing nature of service design and redesign.
We’ll encourage you to focus on new or advanced areas of service development while acknowledging ethical, legislative and quality assurance requirements for effective organisational decision making.
We’ll also explore change theory. Applying change management strategies to complex and high-challenge organisations can be difficult, yet essential. You’ll explore change theory in relation to your field of practice, using a case study approach and drawing on your own experience.
Finally, you’ll complete a Major Project. This is an opportunity to explore a subject of interest in depth.

Your work is assessed in a number of ways for different modules; this can help you at a later stage when you’re developing submission evidence for management and leadership professional recognition. Assignments include reports, presentations and a portfolio.

Applicants who have lived outside of the UK for 6 months or more within the last 5 years will need to provide a police check from the country/countries previously resided in.
Applicants completing placements overseas will be required to obtain a police check/certificate of good conduct from their relevant country.
