“The question behind my research, always, is: ‘What can be done to make sure that healthcare is available at all times?’”

Dr Nebil Achour, Course Leader, MSc Healthcare Management

Explore the continuously changing nature of service design and redesign.

We’ll encourage you to focus on new or advanced areas of service development while acknowledging ethical, legislative and quality assurance requirements for effective organisational decision making.

Finally, you’ll complete a Major Project. This is an opportunity to explore a subject of interest in depth.
