Working as a nurse

Nursing really is a job for life. As a nurse, you’ll make a difference to many people’s lives, including your own. Nurses help people to improve, maintain or recover their health and achieve the best possible quality of life.

You can work as a clinician or move up through the ranks to more managerial positions. Beyond this, there are opportunities to move into research and the academic route, so wherever your strengths and interests lie, there is something for you.

96% of our graduates were employed six months after completing their degrees. Many of our students get job offers from their placement areas before they even graduate.

Your future is wide open. It all starts here.
