The ARU Research Centre for Better Living aims to generate research, evidence, and knowledge that underpins understandings of the mind and body, so that we are able to support better living at an individual, community, and population level.
The Centre brings together researchers from psychology, sport science, and vision and hearing sciences, working closely with external partners, to undertake multidisciplinary research.
Our aim is to improve physical and mental health across the lifespan by undertaking research and knowledge transfer geared towards deeper understandings of the mind and body, promoting healthy behaviours, supporting optimal wellbeing, and empowering people to live well.
