Registration

Conference registration will open on 15 June and close on 1 July.

Registration fees

The conference is generously sponsored by the European Association of Social Psychology (EASP). Discounted fees will be available as follows (rates in EU subject to exchange rates on the day of registration):

• EASP full members: £200 / €240
• EASP postgraduate members and residents of Ukraine: free
• Non-member participants: £300 / €360
• Non-member postgraduate students: £105 / €126
• Non-member residents of the ten poorest European countries: £100 / €120
• Online live streaming attendees (no presenting option): £50 / €60

Attendees should expect to pay between c. £70 / €84.00 and c. £125 / €147.00 for accommodation, and allow c. £25 / €29.70 per day for dinner (excluding alcoholic drinks).

Current British government guidance for subsistence is £10 for breakfast, £10 for lunch and £25 for dinner. Refreshments and pastries will be provided on days 1-3 of the conference, and lunches on days 2-3, thus offering delegates considerable subsistence.

Social activities

We plan to host two optional social activities during the conference:

• Conference Dinner at the Hilton on Thursday 4 September (Day 2), 6pm – £56 per person
• Punting on the River Cam on Friday 5 September (Day 3), afternoon – £29.50 per person

These costs are approximate and subject to sufficient numbers. Social events are opt-in at the time of registration and also subject to numbers.
