1. Punctuality

Please arrive on time for all sessions, including keynote talks, paper presentations, and workshops. This ensures a smooth flow of the programme and shows respect for the speakers and fellow participants.

2. Active participation

We encourage you to engage actively in discussions, ask questions, and offer constructive feedback during sessions. Be respectful of others’ time, especially during Q&A periods, and wait your turn before speaking.

3. Respect for speakers and presenters

During oral presentations, please silence mobile phones and avoid distractions. Presenters have worked hard to share their research, so it's important to to ensure a quiet and attentive environment for all.

4. Networking etiquette

While networking is encouraged, always approach others with courtesy. Please respect personal space, whether in a physical or virtual space.

5. Professionalism

We ask delegates to dress appropriately for the conference, keeping in mind the professional nature of the event. While we encourage comfort, it is important to maintain a level of formality.

6. Live streaming

Online participants will be able to stream the sessions live. In case of any issues, please email Ryan Burman at [email protected]

7. Code of conduct

Harassment, discrimination, or any disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated. Please adhere to the conference's code of conduct, ensuring a welcoming and respectful environment for all attendees.

8. Social media

When sharing information about the conference on social media, please remain respectful and professional. Use designated event hashtags and always give credit to speakers when quoting or sharing content.
