  • Force–velocity profiling – Identifies your unique strength-speed characteristics—optimise training for acceleration, jump height, and lifting efficiency.
  • Muscle function testing – Isokinetic dynamometry is the gold standard for assessing muscle function—precise evaluation of any joint movement at various speeds and under different types of muscle contraction.
  • Isometric mid-thigh pull or squat analysis – Evaluates maximal force production and rate of force development—key indicators of explosive strength and central nervous system readiness.
  • Lower body power testing – Assesses lower-body power output, reactive strength index, and asymmetries through countermovement, drop, or squat jumps using force plate assessment.

Discounts are available. If two tests are booked, a 10% reduction is applied, and if three tests are booked, a 20% reduction is applied. For discounted tests, these must all be completed within a 12-month period.
