The Virtual Health and Well-Being Summit: Navigating the Path to Better Health Across the Lifespan responds to the growing need for inclusive, innovative, and sustainable approaches to ageing and health in the digital era. As populations age and technology rapidly evolves, the health and well-being landscape is being redefined across clinical, workplace, and community settings.

Submission guidelines

Abstract requirements (academic)

Language: English
Word limit: Max 250 words
Structure: Authors’ information including contact details, Background / Purpose, Methods / Approach, Results / Key Findings, Conclusion / Implications
Format: Plain text only (no figures, tables, or references)
Keywords: 3–5
Title: Max 20 words
Indicate presenting author with an asterisk (*)
Specify the target Conference Themes by indicating numbers (see the Conference Themes section; e.g., 1, 2, …)

Review criteria:

Relevance to summit themes
Clarity and coherence
Significance and originality
Contribution to field

Abstract requirements (practical):

We welcome submissions from practitioners, industry professionals, policy makers, and community-based experts who wish to share applied projects, innovative practices, or real-world case studies related to the conference themes.
Max 250 words
Please clearly describe the context, aim, what was done, and key outcomes or insights
Academic referencing is not required

Review criteria

Clarity of purpose or problem addressed
Relevance and practical significance to conference themes
Innovation or creativity of the approach
Real-world impact or implications
Clarity in communicating outcomes or lessons learned
Potential for broader application or replicability
