Dr I-Shuo Chen is a senior lecturer in organisational behaviour and ARU. He worked as a lecturer in management at the University of Dundee and as assistant professor in organisational behaviour at Wuhan University, China. He received his PhD in Business Studies at Trinity College, Dublin. He is an associate editor of Frontiers in Psychology - Organisational Psychology. [email protected]
