Hi! My name is Lauren and I am studying Operating Department Practice, here at the ARU Chelmsford Campus.

I spend 24 hours a week in placement and one day a week at ARU in a mixture of lectures and practical sessions in our skills lab. Even though I am only halfway through my first year I have been exposed to so much already! My current placement is in Anaesthetics and I have been in many different theatres including General Emergencies, Maternity, and Plastics.

ARU is a fantastic place to be, everyone is so friendly and willing to help!
