The Learning & Teaching Development Pathway outlines initiatives and opportunities to support professional growth at ARU grouped into four distinct profiles: Emerging, Developing, Advancing and Leading.
It helps you map, plan, and reflect on your learning and teaching practice, and explore new areas to develop and engage with. It's intended to inspire and guide staff in developing their practice, achieving excellence, enhancing student experience, and extending their impact within and beyond ARU.
