Michelle Lamprecht

Michelle Lamprecht is Head of Corporate Affairs at Cambridge Innovation Capital, where she leads marketing and communications, sustainability and impact, and advises portfolio companies.

A senior executive with over 25 years’ global experience, she is a recognised expert in corporate communications, brand and stakeholder engagement. Michelle is a Non-Executive Director at Form the Future and founder of the Marketing Leaders Network in Cambridge and East Anglia. She began her career while studying part-time at a predecessor of ARU, shaping her commitment to social mobility, education and opportunity.
