Develop the essential knowledge and skills you need to work in Continuing Healthcare (CHC). We’ll explore the core concepts in CHC and show you how to apply them in practice.
You’ll take your own experience and clinical skills into real world scenarios, learning how to assess and manage complex needs with confidence. We’ll guide you through the legal and professional regulations that shape CHC and support you in applying these principles to provide compassionate, person-centred care.
We'll add future dates here when confirmed.
