Learn basic emergency first aid for your horse, how to treat minor injuries and recognise signs of ill health. Study a three-hour course at Writtle College.

This three-hour workshop is ideal for first time horse owners or anyone wanting to find out more about horse care.

You must be over 14 to join this course; parental consent will be required.

There are no formal entry requirements, though please come appropriately dressed for an equine yard with an approved riding hat, gloves and boots.
