EAST is a one-day course aimed at anaesthetic trainees and speciality doctors in anaesthesia. It's also suitable for emergency medicine doctors and anaesthetic consultants wishing to refresh their skills and knowledge.

A limited amount of places are available for Nurses and ODPs with the relevant experience and requirement.
The EAST course assumes basic airway skills and so anaesthetists should have a minimum of three months' anaesthetic experience before attending.
