Writtle University College and ARU have merged. Writtle’s full range of college, degree, postgraduate and short courses will still be delivered on the Writtle campus. See our guide to finding Writtle information on this site.

Peer Wellbeing Mentors

Peer Wellbeing Mentors are ARU students who are here to help you through your university experience.

The mentors deliver a range of social activities and campaigns throughout each academic year to promote positive wellbeing, and give you the opportunity to meet other students. They also offer advice and guidance on a range of topics/issues and signpost to services within the University.

The Peer Wellbeing Mentors provide:

  • a listening service
  • drop-in sessions
  • fun activities and events
  • info on ARU Counselling and Wellbeing Services
  • kitchen meetings with students.

They also run the ARUTogether Facebook page. This is a closed group for ARU students, and a safe space where you can keep in contact with our Mentors and other students.

As a student at ARU, you can email the Peer Wellbeing Mentors on your campus if you have any questions or want to talk about anything.
