Peer Wellbeing Mentors

Peer Wellbeing Mentors are ARU students who are here to help you through your university experience.

Mentors provide:

  • social activities and campaigns to promote positive wellbeing, and give you the opportunity to meet other students
  • advice and guidance on a range of topics/issues
  • information about university services, such as Counselling and Wellbeing.

You can catch-up with the Peer Wellbeing Mentors in several ways, including drop-in sessions and kitchen meetings.

They also run the ARUTogether Facebook page. This is a closed group for ARU students, and a safe space where you can keep in contact with our Mentors and other students.

When you start studying here, you can email the Peer Wellbeing Mentors on your campus if you have any questions or want to talk about anything.
