Through the programme, they will receive structured support, mentorship, and access to resources to refine their ideas and launch scalable, sustainable businesses.
Adrian Toala D. is an Ecuadorian–Spanish fashion stylist, consultant, and Founder and Creative Director of The Lavoe, a contemporary fashion venture focused on building a modern fashion house rooted in design, culture, and identity. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business and Marketing from Anglia Ruskin University London, where he developed a strong foundation in brand strategy, entrepreneurship, and creative business development.Adrian has gained experience across international fashion capitals including Paris, Milan, and London, working as a fashion stylist, designer assistant, and creative consultant. He has collaborated with designers and creative teams on styling, design development, and contributed to fashion week presentations. These experiences have shaped his perspective on fashion as both a creative discipline and a strategic industry. Through The Lavoe, he aims to build a globally recognised brand that combines contemporary design with strong storytelling and cultural relevance.
Alwin is a Co-Founder of Luxego Autospa, contributing to the operational and technical aspects of the business. He focuses on delivering high-quality detailing services while ensuring consistency and efficiency across operations.
Alwin plays a key role in maintaining service standards and implementing innovative detailing techniques. His work supports Luxego’s mission to provide premium, convenient, and sustainable car care solutions. As part of the GEAP 2026 cohort, Alwin is focused on improving operational systems and supporting the business as it scales.
Arsha is a Co-Founder of Luxego Autospa, bringing valuable expertise in customer relations and business strategy. She holds a degree in International Business Management, which supports her approach to building strong customer experiences and driving business growth.
With multiple years of experience in customer facing roles, Arsha plays a key role in ensuring client satisfaction, retention, and brand reputation. Her ability to understand customer needs and translate them into service excellence is central to Luxego’s premium positioning.

As part of the ScamLab team, Carla contributes her design expertise and multilingual capabilities in Portuguese and Spanish to support broader research and communication efforts. She is focused on developing creative solutions that are both impactful and accessible to diverse audiences.
Deno Raj is the Co-Founder and CFO of Luxego Autospa, a mobile car care focused on convenience, quality, and sustainability. Passionate about both entrepreneurship and the automotive industry, Deno brings strong execution, customer service, and operational efficiency to the business.
At Luxego Autospa, he leads financial strategy, operational planning, and sustainability integration, particularly in implementing water-efficient detailing methods. As part of the GEAP 2026 cohort, Deno aims to scale the business while building a strong, environmentally responsible brand in the UK car care market.

Following graduation, he worked within the Employer Engagement team at ARU London. Over the past four years, Ernest has partnered with SMEs and technology startups to deliver technology-driven solutions to market. His work focuses on applying AI and automation to improve operational efficiency within the property sector.

Her work integrates user experience design with insights from childcare and behavioural development, enabling her to design systems that are both empathetic and structured. LumiNest is currently in the validation phase, with a focus on research, pilot development, and building a scalable and responsible platform.
Hellen works alongside her co-founders, Thaina Miranda and Nayara Christina Carrijo, bringing together complementary expertise to develop and deliver LumiNest.

His work focuses on reducing uncertainty in remote accommodation booking through verified listings, virtual tours, secure payment systems, and structured trust mechanisms. Through GEAP, Jesse aims to refine HiveH2R into a scalable, investor-ready venture with ambitions to expand globally.

Her research interests include science communication, implementation science, and improving how health information is communicated within complex healthcare systems. She is exploring ways to translate her academic work into practical, product-based solutions that can reach wider stakeholders. Participation in the Global Entrepreneur Accelerator Programme marks a step towards developing and launching her entrepreneurial venture in the UK.

Through direct engagement with entrepreneurs, he identified structural inefficiencies in fragmented digital systems and high platform commissions. In response, he developed Krifoo, a location-based platform designed to unify food ordering, service access, and bookings into a seamless and scalable infrastructure. His long-term vision is to build intelligent urban service ecosystems that empower small businesses while simplifying everyday life for modern communities.

He has led national innovation and youth capacity-building initiatives as a Regional Coordinator at the Jordanian Ministry of Youth. Mohammad is the co-founder of Fertilink, a digital health startup improving access to IVF care, and Visit North Jordan, a platform promoting sustainable tourism. He is also a One Young World Ambassador who has represented Jordan at COP28 and the One Young World Summit in Belfast. He works on with his team members Reem Alauthman and Omar Al Othman.

Throughout her career, she has represented corporate clients in complex legal proceedings and worked across multiple stages of the judicial process, including appellate matters. Her work is characterised by careful legal analysis, clear communication, and a structured approach to resolving disputes. Pinar has also completed several professional certifications and training programmes and is particularly interested in how clear communication and well-designed systems can support more effective and collaborative professional environments.

He is also the founder of ScamLab, an interactive digital learning initiative that helps students recognise and avoid scams through scenario-based simulations. His work focuses on building scalable systems that combine technology, community, and commercial partnerships.

She is developing a health monitoring application focused on improving access to preventative care and enabling individuals to better manage their wellbeing. Her long-term vision is to build impactful ventures within the health technology space by combining business strategy with scalable digital solutions. During her studies, she served as President of the Entrepreneurship Society, leading initiatives that supported student innovation and collaboration.

During her time at ARU, she served as Vice President for the Faculty of Business and Law within the Students’ Union and worked as a Data and Insights Analyst with Student and Library Services. She is currently a Research Assistant on a female entrepreneurship project in collaboration with ARU, Ambitious Women in Essex, and Essex County Council. Her interests include data analytics, fintech innovation, and empowering women entrepreneurs to create meaningful social and economic impact.

Her work combines behavioural insights, data analytics, and interactive design to influence decision-making and improve user awareness. She is interested in developing technology-driven systems that create safer and more informed environments within institutions.

He is the founder of Moromo, a hygiene-focused product addressing the storage and drying of oral medical devices such as retainers and night guards. His work combines engineering rigour with practical problem-solving, with a focus on creating safer and more reliable everyday products. Through GEAP, he aims to advance Moromo’s product development and commercial strategy.

His work focuses on developing AI-assisted testing platforms that enhance software reliability, reduce costs, and accelerate delivery. Through GEAP, he is building an innovative solution aimed at transforming software testing practices, particularly within regulated industries.
