CEEUPS announces first Summer School
Participants will learn about creative methodologies at inaugural three-day event
CEEUPS will be holding its first Summer School at ARU in Chelmsford from 17-19 August 2026. The event is aimed at scholars, PhD researchers, and practitioners with an interest in research, equity and fairness.
Participants can expect to learn how to use creative methods focused on equitable research design within the uniformed public services. Topics, approaches and methodologies covered include:
- Research design with practitioners and hearing voice
- Recognising the strengths of professional expertise and curiosity in research
- Creative methodologies
- Collaborative research outputs for knowledge exchange and impact
- Trauma-informed research
- Innovation in knowledge dissemination
- Doing research and considering impact as a practitioner.
