Lilian's passion as an Education Facilitator, Clinical Skills Tutor and Sign Off Mentor, lies in guiding adult learners to achieve their academic and vocational dreams.

Background

Guidance is made possible by identifying the individual’s unique learning needs, being aware of different learning styles and understanding the student’s journey.Within the academic context, quantitative and qualitative information is used, with attention to details and critical analysis to explain current trends, exploring problems and opportunities for improvement of practice.

Lilian's leadership and teaching skills over the years, working as a nurse, mentor and sign off mentor; helped her in impacting the knowledge and skills and predisposed her to be more confident, disciplined and focused in delivering intended stakeholders’ objectives (for both students and the organisation).
