Anusha is a senior lecturer with a wide range of expertise in chronic wound management and adult medical/ surgical nursing.

Background

Anusha is an NMC registered nurse (adult), who used to work as a lead for tissue viability specialist services at an acute NHS trust. Her interests are in surgical non-healing wounds, chronic pressure ulcers and in advocating different negative pressure wound therapies. Anusha also has a strong background in Medical and Surgical nursing and have expertise in clinical education/training, staff management/recruitment and in mentoring students. Anusha still works as a TVN specialist on her free times.

Anusha has completed her Master of Science in Nursing, Post Graduate Certification in Medical and Health care Education and is now pursuing Advanced Non-Medical Prescribing to become a nurse prescriber.
