Alice became a registered adult Nurse in 2015, working in the Emergency department, during this time, she undertook managerial and educational roles focusing on emergency care practice development.

Background

Alice joined the NHS in 2012 and began working as a registered Nurse within the Emergency department in 2015. During this time, she undertook managerial and educational roles focusing on emergency care practice development.

Following a passion for education, Alice completed her PG Cert in Practice education in 2022 and joined ARU as Lecturer practitioner in 2025. Alice remains clinically active and currently works for a charity-based organisation providing nursing care.  Her interests are human performance, professional resilience and resuscitation care.
