For students coming from Egypt to ARU

For entry to a bachelor’s degree (year 1), we will consider the following qualifications:

  • A recognised foundation programme
  • International Baccalaureate Diploma
  • International Advanced Levels (A Levels)
  • Thanaweya A'ama (Certificate of General Secondary Education) OR the Al-Azher Secondary School Certificate with an overall 70% or higher AND 2-Year Diploma from Intermediate/Higher Institute with overall 65% or higher

For entry to a Master’s degree, we will consider the following qualifications:

  • A recognised pre-Masters course
  • Bachelors Degree with an overall CGPA of 2.5 or above

For entry to a research degree, we will consider overseas qualifications equivalent to a UK Master’s degree. Please visit our postgraduate research pages for more information on the application requirements.
