It’s All a Show: Fairground Showmen, Identity and Mental Health explores what it means to be a Showman in the twenty-first century and the relationship between identity and mental health in that community. The exhibition showcases Sheldon’s ground-breaking research and collaborations with the NHS, third sector and academic organisations together with historic archive records and newly created interviews, photographs and poems. It’s All a Show provides a platform for honest and open conversations about mental health, identity, neurodiversity and discrimination.
