I have worked in the care industry for 20 yrs. I have a varied career within this field and have worked in domiciliary care, and within clinical settings as a health care support worker in hospitals and community nursing. Prior to this, I trained and worked as a Montessori teacher and worked for the airlines as cabin crew. My past career brings with me a wealth of experience and I draw on this experience regularly to help me make connections to new learning.
