This social science interdisciplinary research theme draws together supervisory expertise from Criminology, International Relations, and Sociology. We welcome postgraduate researchers interested in:

  • social and political marginalisation
  • migration and ethnic diversity
  • interpersonal violence
  • corruption
  • the role of morality and moral emotions in the above and in relation to suicide, punishment, and substance-misuse.

  • investigatory techniques
