Goal 7: Learning and teaching

The transition to affordable, reliable and clean energy requires graduates who can address both the technical and societal challenges associated with decarbonisation and sustainable development.

At ARU, students engage with energy-related issues through research-informed teaching, industry-focused degree programmes and advanced professional study opportunities. From renewable energy systems and sustainable engineering to energy-efficient technologies and low-carbon innovation, our courses equip learners with the knowledge and skills needed to contribute to the clean energy transition and support progress towards Sustainable Development Goal 7.

Professional Doctorate in Science and Engineering
Researchers with an interest in clean energy topics are able to take one of our Professional Doctorate programmes within the Faculty of Science and Engineering, and in doing so, are able to make a significant contribution to professional practice in their field.

Masters in Electronic and Electric Engineering
Our Masters in Electronic and Electrical Engineering caters to the ever-growing demand for skilled electronic engineers. In our specially equipped laboratories, collaborate on innovative projects, covering topics such as power conversion systems, signal processing, and renewable systems.
