Pri Pinnaduwa is HR Director at Artios, an oncology biotechnology company who are developing breakthrough cancer treatments which target DNA Damage Response (DDR) pathways to specifically destroy certain cancers which are difficult to treat.

Pri has worked for Artios since 2022, and joined Anglia Ruskin University’s Audit, Risk and Compliance Committee in 2020 and main Board of Governors in 2021.

Prior to Pri’s appointment at Artios, she spent several years in HR at RAND Europe, a not-for-profit research institute.. Prior to RAND Europe, she worked at a senior level in HR in the pharmaceutical, hospitality, and leisure sectors.

Pri is a Non-Executive Director of Cambridgeshire and Peterborough NHS Foundation Trust (CPFT), who deliver a wide range of NHS services within the community, including both mental and physical health services, and other specialist services.

Pri is a Non-Executive Director of Form The Future, a Cambridge-based not-for-profit organisation whose mission is to empower young people in their career choices and help businesses safeguard and build their talent pipeline.

Pri is a Governor for The Centre School, a Cambridgeshire-based social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs special school.

Pri has a Masters in Human Resource Management from Salford University and a Masters in Maths from Somerville College, Oxford University.
