CEEUPS members publish article in Policing Insight
CEEUPS Director Prof Emma Williams and Associate Professor Dr Sarah-Jane Lennie have written an article on wellbeing for Policing Insight magazine.
In the article, they argue that, despite nearly two decades of focus, discussion and research, mental health and wellbeing have failed to improve among those who work for the British police service. This is due to persistent and challenging issues related to police recruitment, retention, presenteeism and long-term sickness.
