Antoinette (Toni) Mawoyo is the Project Manager for the Veterans & Families Institute for Military Social Research. She oversees the delivery of complex research projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget. Toni also provides strategic input during the pre-award phase, advising on project costings and contractual frameworks.

Background

She holds a BA in Business Administration and an MA in Leadership and Management. Toni is a certified IPMA Level C Project Management Professional through the Project Management Institute and has completed CPD in Public Policy Analysis from the London School of Economics, enhancing her strategic and analytical approach to project delivery.

With a background in safeguarding vulnerable adults, housing management, and local authority services, Toni brings a multidisciplinary perspective to her work. She has a strong track record in driving business improvement initiatives and is particularly interested in agile and lean project management methodologies.
