Background

Rosy graduated from Anglia Ruskin University with a BSc (Hons) in Midwifery and has experience across all areas of midwifery, including working as a core midwife in an alongside birthing centre.

In recent years Rosy has held specialist roles in infant feeding and in patient experience and quality, where her focus was developing policy and guidance, leading for midwifery audit and implementing quality improvement projects within the maternity service. Having completed her Masters degree in medical and healthcare education, she now works as a Senior Lecturer Practitioner at ARU's Cambridge campus, teaching across the curriculum and carrying out clinical practice at the Rosie Hospital, Cambridge.
