Robert is Director of the Anglia Ruskin Innovation Centre (ARIC), a strategic partnership between Anglia Ruskin University and TWI Limited, which aims to develop a comprehensive research capacity focused on digital transformation of management, people, skills, and organisational innovation within an Industry 4.0 context.

Background

Before joining ARU, Robert worked in the Technology Innovation Management team at TWI, specialising in collaborative innovation projects, working with universities, SMEs and large enterprises.

Since 2018 he has delivered over £64 million of collaborative funding within a range of sectors including digital, automotive, aerospace, maritime, construction, healthcare and agri-tech.

Robert has a background in inorganic chemistry focused on small molecule activation and catalysis from the University of Oxford (MCHEM/DPhil).
