He is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy.
With over thirty years' industry experience in the private, public and third sector, Parminder is committed to promoting the vital role companies have in relation to sustainability and the need for businesses to be good for society as well as shareholders. His research to understand the processes of Transformative Sustainability Education will help students get the most from their learning experience.
Parminder has a keen interest in designing and delivering learning experiences that have a transformative impact on learners because current environmental, economic and social challenges will not be met with yesterday’s solutions. Learning has to be a radical, transformative experience to reshape our preconceptions so that we can understand and activate our response to global environmental, economic and social issues.
