My interpersonal and communication skills enable me to build excellent relationships between teachers and students, fostering an optimal learning environment. I am excited to participate in teaching, consultancy, and research activities across a diverse range of fields, including Corporate Governance, Business Strategy, Accounting and Finance, Strategic Management, Ethics, Entrepreneurship, International Trade, Managing Business Operations, Innovation, Executive Compensation, Governance of Financial Institutions, Corporate Social Responsibility, Business Sustainability, Institutional Theory, and Regulatory Capture.

Before joining ARU Peterborough, Nathaniel was an associate lecturer at the University of Dundee. He also taught at the London School of Science and Technology. Nathaniel has experience working in the banking sector, having worked at Barclays Bank UK and Oceanic Bank (Eco Bank) in Nigeria. He holds a Ph.D. in business and law from the University of East London.
