Madeline Kuiper is a postgraduate researcher in the Veterans and Families Institute studying remotely in Vancouver, BC, Canada.

Background

Madeline's PhD thesis builds on her Master's work at the University of Prince Edward Island, where she examined the pregnancy experience of members of the Royal Canadian Navy. Her work now focuses on another aspect of a women's reproductive experience - assistive reproductive care. Madeline is a 13-year veteran of the Royal Canadian Navy and hopes to continue her reflexive research using the knowledge and experience she has acquired during her navy career to improve the health systems within the CAF institution.
