Background

Laura began her career specialising in hospitality and events operations after graduating from the University of Surrey. After five years, she moved from operational roles into planning and delivering events and supporting business development within the estate management industry in Central London, further developing her expertise in commercial events and property management in the private sector.

Over the past decade, she has worked in the education sector in Essex, supporting events and operations across private independent day and boarding schools. She is passionate about creating positive working environments and contributing to impactful projects, and she now applies this focus to supporting research, events and business development for IPPPRI.
