Background

Judith joined ARU in January 2024, having worked as a JNC qualified Youth Worker in the charity sector for more than 20 years. This work included directly supporting young people and young parents, managing a team and, most recently, coordinating support at a county level under contract to the local authority.

During this time Judith became increasingly interested in systemic forms of injustice and disadvantage. This led to Judith’s completion of a Community Psychology MA, adding research skills to her practice.
