Jenni de Knoop is a UKCP-registered Dance Movement Psychotherapist (DMP), Open Dialogue practitioner, clinical supervisor, lecturer, and doctoral researcher. She works in the NHS as a clinician in adult psychiatric rehabilitation, as Practice Lead for the CaRE Project, and as Training and Development Lead for the International Centre for Arts Psychotherapies Training (ICAPT). In private practice, she provides therapy for adolescents and adults, and supervision and reflective practice for healthcare and arts professionals

Jenni's research interests are in embodied team development and the role of relational practice and reflexivity in sustaining team resilience.
Jenni’s Research study is entitled ‘Building the BRIDGE (Building Resilience through Interpersonal Dialogue, Group reflection, and Embodiment): a participatory study developing group reflective practice to support embodied and relational resilience in a mental health team.’
