Head of School: School of Management (SoM)
Gregory Allen is a Sociologist and Senior Lecturer in Organisational Behaviour specialising in cross-cultural management, workplace diversity, leadership and critical management studies.
Gregory's PhD explored a postcolonial perspective to the representation of Polish host-country nationals by western expatriate managers - a topic on which he has had academic and industry articles published. Gregory's approach to teaching business and management studies is interactive and engaging, encouraging discussion and debate. He encourages his students to adopt a critical perspective and question the predominant paradigms in the field in an attempt to find innovative and hybrid approaches to contemporary challenges.
