Grace Hargrave

Senior Lecturer Practitioner

Grace is an experienced teacher with extensive experience teaching and leading across Early Years and Primary Education. She specialises in literacy, phonics and art and is passionate about early childhood development and early reading. Grace is a Senior Lecturer Practitioner, working part-time with ARU delivering the BEd Primary Education with QTS.

Background

Grace began her teaching career in 2015, following the completion of her degree in Primary Education with QTS at Durham University. She has taught in a range of schools and early years settings within Greater Manchester, Essex and internationally across both key stages one and two. She also has extensive experience in early years and worked as a Deputy Supervisor of a Pre-School in Essex.

Grace has gained invaluable experience coaching teachers and mentoring trainee and early career teachers both in the UK and in Germany.
